I work in the property space and deal with agents all the time, so my expectations are high. Darsh from Ion has been outstanding. In an industry full of sharks, Darsh is genuinely honest and upfront — even when that means having the harder conversations early. He doesn’t overinflate price expectations just to win a listing, and that integrity alone sets him apart. This saved us a lot of time when our campaign went live. His communication is excellent which makes a huge difference, especially during key stages of the campaign. Darsh is always willing to push for open homes, is highly responsive, and is clearly invested in achieving the best outcome. We were also purchasing a property at the same time which was listed through another agency (a big name office), and once our offer was accepted, we have not heard from them at all. The contrast in service really highlighted how strong Darsh’s approach is. His knowledge of the local area is excellent, and it was immediately obvious why he came so highly recommended. If you’re looking for an agent who is transparent, hardworking, and that actually cares, Darsh is your agent.

We recently bought our property through Ion Real Estate in Cranbourne and honestly had a really good experience from start to finish. Matt was the difference between what could have been a pretty overwhelming process and us actually securing our home. He was professional, straightforward, and always available to answer our questions. He kept things moving and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. Since then, Kristee has been fantastic as our property manager. She’s kept us updated the whole way through, communicates clearly, and is always quick to respond whenever we need something. It’s reassuring knowing everything’s being looked after properly. All in all, we’re really happy we went with Ion. The team’s been easy to deal with and just genuinely helpful throughout. Definitely recommend them if you’re buying or need property management in the area.
